Travel basketball is more competitive than the intramural league.  The teams play other school districts and more games are played in the basketball season.  The girls involved in the travel league benefit from more practices and games in the program.

 



Quick Facts:

• The Travel Basketball League is for girls in 4th-6th grade.
• Practices begin early November
• Games begin in December
• The league season ends in February
• The girls are assigned a team and a coach.
• Two practices a week
• All practices are at Doe Run Elementary School
• There are 14 games in the season plus playoffs
• This year we are opening try outs to 4th graders
• The teams are chosen based on ability level
